Welcome to the Montana Telemark Corporation (MTC) website, and the virtual home of the Pinhead Classic Telemark Ski Festival.  The Pinhead Classic is the MTC’s signature event, celebrating 30 years of telemark skiing fun!

The MTC strives to expand awareness of the sport of telemark skiing through non-competitive, yet exciting and energetic, events.  Check out the details on this year’s Pinhead Classic Costumed Festival for just the right way to get into telemark skiing.

Winter backcountry access is the heart and soul of pinheads.  Proceeds from the Pinhead Classic are donated to Gallatin National Forest Avalanche Center.  Make sure to show your support for the service the Avalanche Center provides.
